Draft, 14 September 2026. Written for review by a solicitor before OnlyFood takes public money.
Refunds
When you get your money back, and when you do not. Written plainly so you can decide before you pay.
Last updated 14 September 2026
1. Memberships
Cancel any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund part of a month, because you had the recipes for it.
If a payment went out after you cancelled, or you were charged twice, that is our mistake and we refund it in full.
2. A single recipe
A Recipe Pass gives you that recipe forever, so it is not refundable once the method is open. If a recipe does not work, tell the creator — they can refund it themselves, and most will.
3. Sessions and cookalongs
Cancel before the offer's cancellation window closes and you get all of it back. That window is 24 hours unless the creator sets a different one, and it is shown on the offer before you pay.
If the creator cancels, or does not turn up, you get all of it back whenever that happens. If a slot is somehow sold twice, the second payment refunds itself without you having to ask.
4. How a refund reaches you
It goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank. We cannot send it anywhere else.
5. Your statutory rights
Paid digital content is normally exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once you have started using it, which is what section 2 is about. Nothing on this page removes any right you have by law. [Solicitor: check this against the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act, and confirm how the exemption should be worded and consented to at checkout.]
6. If something is wrong
E-mail hello@onlyfood.me. We answer within 24 hours. Tell us what you bought and what happened — you do not need to argue a case.
The wider agreement is in the terms.
